Once a booking has been made the automated payment system will send an email confirming receipt of payment. Two weeks before the booking an additional email will be sent with a PDF document with details of how to get here, how to access the apartment etc.
We always endeavour to meet our guests, so that we can help with luggage and show you where the car park space is. If you have not visited Brixham before it also gives us a chance to give you some additional information on where to visit, best places to eat etc., although we would recommend you look at our Things To Do page as it has a lot of useful information.
Check-in time is 1500, but we always try to be flexible and where possible we will offer an early check-in.
Check-out time is 1100, but we always try to be flexible and where possible we will offer a late check-out.
We have also been known to give away a free night now and then!!
Minimum Booking Periods
Most of the year the minimum booking period is 3 nights. The exceptions are noted below:
-> Mid July – Start September – 7 nights minimum
-> Start November – End February – 2 nights minimum
However please contact us if you would like to book for less nights than the minimum, we will help if we can.
Payment Terms and Cancellations
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Payment can be made online via credit or debit card. Alternatively if you would like to use bank transfer or cheque then please contact us using the “Email Us” option on the right.
If you need to cancel we will make every effort to re-book the dates so that we can give you a full refund (given enough notice we can generally do this). However if we are unable to re-book the dates the following cancellation charges apply:

Note: Cancellations made outside of any specified periods will be charged the deposit only.
