Our first trip to Brixham for 5 years and our first stay here, and it has been a fantastic few days.  This is a really lovely apartment in the perfect location, the views are stunning!  All comforts provide for and the arrival treats were a very nice touch.  Thanks to Ian and Liz for being great hosts.

We have eaten incredibly well this week and would recommend everywhere we have tried: Rockfish, La Petite Maison (for both dinner and brunch) and At Thai.  A cracking crab sandwich from Claws on the quayside.  Also a lovely friendly café, not sure of the name but has bright yellow frontage: walk up to the Birdcage, turn left and you’ll see it.  Does a good breakfast and full of locals, always a good sign.

A mixed week of Devon weather but we’ve enjoyed every minute, walked for miles and explored nearby Paignton and Dartmouth too.  Wanna come back in the summer and try the lido!  Hopefully one day we will. . .
